How soon will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped within 3-5 days from receipt.

Who do you use when shipping orders?

Our standard method for shipping is Canada Post.

What is your shipping cost and what does it include?

For Canadian customers only, a flat rate of $6 is added to orders of less than $100 net. We pre-pay shipping on all orders of over $100. Insurance and signature requirements are not included in the shipping costs. An extra $2.50 will be added only if agreed to by the customer.
For all orders shipped outside of Canada, shipping costs are extra and will be quoted on request. The preferred carriers are UPS/FEDEX, insurance is recommended.

What happens if I do not receive my order within 10 days of shipping?

Notify us immediately and we will provide you with the shipping invoice and tracking number.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes we do, but not over the internet.

What if I do not have a credit card and wish to pay by cheque as well as need the merchandize in a hurry?

We will make every effort to work with you. If the end user is a resident in a member facility (Nursing Home), we may ship your order immediately based on information they provide. If not, your order will be shipped upon receipt of your cheque.

Upon receipt of my order, I am unsatisfied, and wish to return it. What do I do?

Simply give us a call & explain the circumstances. We will, then determine with you to either refund, exchange or credit you in full. Returned merchandize must be in a saleable condition, be unused, unwashed and unaltered. Return freight must be pre-paid by you.

Can I return what’s on sale merchandize?

Items sold on clearance cannot be returned. The sale is final and is noted on your purchase invoice.

How long do I have to decide whether merchandise is defective and subject to return?

30 days from date of invoice. Proof of purchase is required.
