Every request for an estimate results in a personal phone call to you. This step is necessary, so that we may, communicate & confirm your requirements, as well as discuss invoicing, shipping and payment options. Only then is an order generated. Pricing:
All prices quoted are in Canadian funds and do not include any taxes. FOB. Markham, ON

Returns:
We expect, that your intention to return merchandise be communicated to us within 10 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Returns will only be accepted on the condition that return postage is pre-paid.

Invoicing:
Invoicing a residents comfort account or Power of Attorney is subject to receiving proper authorization from the parties concerned as well as subject to the terms and conditions established between the said parties and Shop On The Net.

Shipping:
We pay the shipping cost on all orders of $100 & over sent to one location. Orders placed by affiliate Nursing Homes may be combined to total $100 thereby avoiding shipping costs.

Sizing:
If you are not sure of the size you require, we strongly recommend that you contact the care giver at the facility and seek their advice. We would be more than pleased to do this on your behalf.

Color selection & Print preference:
On selected items, our estimate form gives you the opportunity to specify colors as well as print preference. For example: Dresses, Blue-Pink-Green-Mauve. Print preference: Pastel- Bright-Conservative.

Substitutions:
In order to meet your requirements and to fully satisfy you, we will, in certain instances if necessary substitute equal or better at no extra charge.

Labeling:
No charge name labeling is available to affiliate Nursing Homes that place seasonal orders with us for their residents to be shipped at one time.
